When an item is out of stock it cannot be ordered, but feel free to ask us by email when an out of stock item will be back in stock.

We don’t buy or sell second-hand items, we only sell brand new products.

 

It’s pretty simple. Find the product you want by browsing through the products and click on “Add To Cart”. When you’ve finished browsing, click on the checkout button and enter your delivery details.

 

Currently we only ship products to the UK. If you are an international business, please contact us.

It is pretty easy to create an account. Simply click My Account and follow the directions. Your account password is unique to your email address and this ensures that your account details remain secure. You can access you account information at any time to edit any of your account details.

No, you can place an order as a guest. We will need your name, address and telephone number for the delivery as well as your email address for your order confirmation and shipment notifications,

The first thing to do is to check if your email address and password are correct. You can use the “Recover Password” link to generate a new and secure password via your registered emails address.

Click the “Recover Password” link on the login page. Enter your account email address and you will be emailed a link to reset your password.

All orders are shipped between 24 and 48 hours after your receive our confirmation email. You should receive your order in about 3 to 5 days. For further information about shipments please see our Terms and Conditions.

For small orders we normally use Royal Mail. For larger orders we can use other delivery companies like ParcelForce, UPS or DHL.

The delivery costs will be shown when you place your order. Delivery prices are based on the Royal Mail pricing.

If you are placing an order online with us, you wont be able to have the goods delivered to an address which is different from your card address. This is for security reasons.
